How Joe Don Rooney And Tiffany Fallon’s Baby Became Raquel Blue

A story on People reveals how Joe Don Rooney, guitarist for the band Rascal Flatts, and his wife, model Tiffany Fallon, named their daughter Raquel Blue.
According to Fallon, she has always been a fan of legendary actress Raquel Welch, and she loved the name Raquel. Dad, apparently, thought it was a pretty cool name as well.
They came up with Blue because the baby’s birthstone is sapphire, and the color is associated with serenity. Plus, they liked the sound of it. (They’re not the only ones. John Travolta and Kelly Preston’s daughter is named Ella Bleu.
Raquel Blue, who was born September 7, joins big brother Jagger Donovan. No prizes for guessing how they came up with that name!
