Chyler Leigh Admits To Hired Help

Grey’s Anatomy star, Chyler Leigh, admits that she uses help when it comes to raising her children. She works long hours on the set of Grey’s and husband Nathan West also carries a busy schedule that requires the couple to hire a “village” to help raise their three children.  Leigh, 28, tells Parade Magazine, “We just had to hire a second nanny; two of our kids are special needs, so it’s been a bit challenging for my husband and I.” Their three children are Noah Wilde, 7, Taelyn Leigh, 4 ½, and the newest arrival Anniston Kae at 22 months.

Although Leigh works long hours, when she is away, her kids are always on her mind and talks non stop about them. She even found a new confidant and support system in co-star, Ellen Pompeo, who is first time mom to 18 month old, Stella Luna. “We swap stories and pictures and we laugh a lot. When you start to see the best and worst qualities of yourself personified in a little human being, it makes for some really interesting and hysterical conversation,” Leigh says of her conversations with Pompeo. With some good help and a strong support system, Chyler Leigh has managed to become a great mother while also building her career.
